RCN Wales will host an event on 2 July on understanding the social, ethical, legal and contractual role of healthcare support workers in the NHS and independent sector. The conference will aims to educate healthcare support workers about teamwork, accountability and delegation, and best practice guidelines. The session will introduce a learning framework which will assist healthcare support workers. Speakers at the session include Val Bailey, the professional practice co-ordinator at RCN Wales, and Nicola Davis-Job, the acute care and leadership adviser at RCN Wales.
