Diabetes Professional Care 2016 will held at London’s Olympia on 16 and 17 November. The show is free to attend and is full CPD accredited. Speakers at the event include June Murphy, Diabetes Specialist Nurse at University Hospital Southampton; Peta Navein, Consultant Diabetes Specialist Nurse and Educator at Diabetes Health and Lifestyle Services, and Abigail Kitt, Diabetes Programme Manager at South East Clinical Networks. They will discuss topics such as diabetes education for patients whose first language is not English, providing compassionate care for patients with diabetes, and experiences of Wave One of the NHS Diabetes Prevention Programme.
