NHS employees are growing in confidence about their organisations' quality of care.
According to the NHS Staff Survey in England, 62 per cent of NHS employees (up from 57 per cent in 2011) said care of patients was their organisation's priority.
But while the majority of NHS staff would know how to report any concerns they had about fraud, malpractice or wrongdoing (90 per cent), almost half (45 per cent) stated they would not feel confident that their organisation would address them.
