Ms Oldman, former dean of enterprise and business management at Buckinghamshire New University's Faculty of Society and Health, has been a community nurse for 30 years and worked as a health visitor in deprived communities in London. She said: 'This is a critical time for community nursing policy, practice and education. I'm passionate about the aims of the QNI.' She joins the QNI in November.
