A day in the life of...

My role is to manage the provision of medical services to workers on offshore oil rigs in the North Sea. This can mean anything from standard primary care such as condition management, to emergency treatment

where necessary. My key responsibilities include reviewing medical logs with the support of the offshore medical director, end of trip reports and perform quality audits to offshore installations.

My position also involves assisting with the recruitment and ongoing training needs of our offshore medics. By helping develop and working closely with the training department, the goal is to provide a quality service to our clients in offshore settings.
