Applications for the Association of Respiratory Nurse Specialists' first travel scholarship have opened. The scholarship, of up to £3000, will benefit nurses working in the UK in respiratory services, and support them to travel in the UK or overseas. They will visit and learn from best practice and implement it in their area. The scholarship, created in collaboration with the Florence Nightingale Foundation, is open to entries from all areas of clinical practice, but the organisation is particularly interested in applications relating to management of long-term conditions and end-of-life care.
Applications for the scholarship close on 1 September, with interviews to be carried out during October.
