Why did you become a nurse?
I was fortunate enough to land a job as a carer for the elderly. I used to look after people in their own homes and I loved it. From that point on I had the caring bug and was desperate to pursue a nursing career, but I had moved out of the family home and lived alone in a flat that I somehow had to pay for.
