Helping nurses avoid lapsing

The Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) has produced a short animation reminding nurses and midwives of the different ways they can pay their registration fee to avoid lapsing from the register. It is currently a peak time for renewal. Registration fees must be paid on time otherwise nurses will automatically be taken off the register and will be unable to practice in the UK. If this happens they will need to follow a readmission process which can take up to six weeks.
