Perinatal Institute App

The app is based on Patients Know Best, which is the only fully-patient controlled online medical records system. It will allow mothers to share their pregnancy records with midwives and GPs, and family members, to ensure that every health professional looking after her has a single view of her medical history. Midwives will also be given the app. Expectant mothers will still be given the choice of accessing their pregnancy records as a paper booklet or through the app on their smartphone, tablet or laptop.
