Orchid, the male cancer charity, are launching a new video called ‘Your Privates’ aimed at tackling the lack of awareness of testicular cancer amongst young people to coincide with their Male Cancer Awareness Month.
Testicular commonly affects men between the ages of 15-45 and regular checking as well as knowing the signs and symptoms is the best way to combat the disease.
As February is Orchid’s Male Cancer Awareness Month, and this year the focus is on testicular cancer, we are working hard to try and get as many School and Community Nurses to use the video and the PSHE approved Your Privates teaching pack – all available at www.yourprivates.org.uk
